Blocked IP Addresses

We want to inform you that we are currently experiencing issues where some of our IP addresses have been blocked by Spamcop, AT&T, Hotmail, MSN, and Microsoft. Our team has made significant progress in resolving these issues, and the last report indicated that the majority of emails are now being delivered successfully, with no deferrals or bounce-backs.

We are still actively working to resolve issues on several remaining IP addresses. Please rest assured that this is a high-priority matter, and we are committed to reaching a full resolution. We will continue to provide updates as more information becomes available.

In the meantime, as a workaround, customers may try sending their emails again after some time. Our system uses a pool of IP addresses for outbound messages, so a different IP may be used, which could result in successful delivery.
